We enjoyed our stay. So nice to be able to relax in the hot tub after our son’s wedding in town. We loved the easy walk to the farmers market and ice cream shop. We saw deer in the neighborhood! What a treat. Host communication was quick and appreciated. Easy check in and out process. We actually enjoyed the train and no complaints from us.

Our recent stay in Monument, CO was amazing! Kevin is an amazing host and his home was the perfect fit for our group. We’ve traveled a bit, and can’t ever remember such attention to detail in any place we’ve ever stayed. One example of this was that our youngest daughter needed a diffuser (for a hairdryer) and, of course, there was one available for her. It had snowed the day that we arrived, and the driveway/front stoop had been shoveled for us. In addition to that, there was already firewood in the fire pit, an abundance of toilet paper and paper towels, quality garbage bags, and a really nice coffee station. I could go on and on. Basically, if you needed it, this host had already thought of it. We felt spoiled during our visit and definitely hope to be able to stay here again whenever we are in the area again.

The house was clean. The host was very responsive.

Beautiful house with spectacular views of the mountains. Walking distance to restaurants. We took full advantage of the hot tub. Host was extremely friendly. We will definitely stay here again on future visits.

Beautiful place, well stocked with necessities. We had 6 there, husband & I and our 4 kids. We had plenty of family space for dining and visiting as well as plenty of space for privacy and quiet times.
